Accommodation
Check In/Check Out times
Office Reception hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm daily. If your arrival is scheduled to be outside these hours, please contact reception prior to arrange alternate check in procedures.
Check-In is available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival. Check-Out is by 10:00am on the day of departure. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out may be available upon request, subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Deposits: Accommodation
A deposit of 50% of full tariff is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% of full tariff will be charged 72 hours prior to check-in date.
Cancellation/No-show*
Cancellation in advance of 30 days prior to check-in date: no cancellation fee applies.
Cancellation in advance of 72 hours of check-in date: 50% cancellation fee applies.
Cancellation within 72 hours of check-in date: 100% of full tariff will be charged as a cancellation fee.
100 % of full tariff will be charged for No-shows.
*During Special Event Dates (including but not limited to Beef Week for example), a deposit of 100% of full tariff is required at time of booking and cancellation fee of 50% will apply up to 30 days prior to check-in and thereafter, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Booking amendments
Amendments are subject to management approval. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee them.
Identification
For security purposes the booking holder must provide a valid driver’s licence or passport at check in. In addition, the guest must provide a valid credit/debit card in the name of the photographic ID to secure the accommodation.
Pre-authorisation
We reserve the right to take a pre-authorisation on the guest’s credit/debit card as a security bond to the value of $200. The guest understands that this pre-authorisation may be used to cover any incidental costs, including but not limited to breakages, loss of keys, damages or additional cleaning costs that may occur during your stay.
