Deep gratitude to The Haven, Emu Park and particularly Charmaine and Trevor who were the most beautiful hosts at this stunning place. A deeply memorable family gathering was had to celebrate my mums 80th. The Haven is a very special place for my Mum. I cannot recommend this place enough for any form of celebration, a quite getaway, an amazing workshop venue, business meetings, retreats, social gatherings, top class accommodation options, spectacular views, lots of options for small and large groups, scrumptious catering and most of all creative, flexible, kind, accommodating hosts.

I had the opportunity to host a three day conference at The Haven with my staff travelling from all over Central Queensland. We held the sessions in the MacKillop Hall, and it is hard to concentrate with that view in the background! Staff stayed in the Lodge, and both Copperfield and Fitzroy, and the feedback was that the stay was amazing. The greatest benefit was because all our activities - meals, learning, entertainment and accommodation; were on the same site, there was no need to leave and interacting with each other outside the formal activities allowed for social bonds to develop where they wouldn't otherwise. I would absolutely recommend The Haven for any company wanting to run professional development or team building activities. Charmaine and Trevor were fantastic to work with and nothing was too hard.

I have been visiting The Haven for several years now, twice a year for a sewing retreat. I absolutely love it there, it is quiet, tranquil, amazing grounds & views, the cottages we stay in are always clean, the bed comfortable & the staff are awesome. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Perfect location on secluded beach, plenty of grass for the kids to roam and explore. Great range of accommodation too, full houses to dorm style apartments and function rooms with amazing views and accommodating staff.

An Amazing, peaceful and thoroughly enjoyable beachside space. Really comfortable and affordable accommodation options with easy walking access to the most beautiful and pristine beach. Not a high rise, or even a low rise, in sight! Just looong beach walks and safe and enjoyable swimming all day long. I highly recommend The Haven!! It's simply....Divine!!!
